Reviens 4.0: Sparkles of Inspiration

IEEE SB CETKR proudly hosted Reviens 4.0, tagged Sparkles of Inspiration, from November 1st to 3rd, 2024. This flagship three-day event was meticulously curated to provide a blend of technical wisdom and cultural vibrancy, featuring relevant workshops, inspiring professional talks, engaging games, diverse activities, and colourful programs. We were honored to have 214 delegates join us on this remarkable journey of learning and networking.

Day 1: The Grand Beginning

The event commenced on Friday, 1st November 2024, with delegates arriving by 2:00 PM and completing the registration process by 4:00 PM. The smooth execution of the event was made possible by a dedicated team of 50 volunteers, who served as the backbone of the program and worked tirelessly to ensure its success.

The formal inauguration ceremony began at 5:00 PM. Mr. Vyshnav, Chair (2024 Execom) of IEEE SB CETKR, delivered the welcome speech, setting a tone of warmth and enthusiasm. This was followed by the presentation of the Code of Ethics by Ms. Hiba Hassan, Secretary.

We were privileged to have the Inaugural Address delivered by Dr. Mahesh VV, Principal of the College of Engineering Trikaripur. The Presidential Address was given by Dr. Naveena AK, HOD of the Computer Science Department and Branch Counsellor of IEEE SB CETKR, who shared valuable insights with the gathering.

The audience was then addressed with a Felicitation by Mr. Srikanth P., Assistant Professor from the EEE Department. The formal proceedings concluded with a Vote of Thanks proposed by Ms. Bismi P Biju, Vice Chair, expressing gratitude to all dignitaries and participants.

Following the inaugural ceremony, delegates transitioned into an engaging Ice Breaking Session, where they actively participated in a series of interactive games designed to foster camaraderie. The first day concluded on a high note with a vibrant Campfire Night, creating lasting memories for all attendees.

Day 2: Technical Excellence and Celebration

The second day was dedicated to skill development and technical enrichment, featuring three simultaneous workshops tailored for different engineering streams:

• Civil Engineering: A specialized workshop on AutoCAD.
• Computer Science: A hands-on session on Machine Learning Using Python.
• ECE & EEE: A technical session on Circuit Design and Simulation using Proteus.

These workshops provided worthwhile and interesting practical knowledge to the students.

As the sun set, the focus shifted from technical skills to social engagement. The delegates enjoyed a spirited Halloween-themed Party, adding a unique festive flair to the event. The day concluded with fun games and extensive networking opportunities, allowing delegates to connect with peers across disciplines.

Day 3: A Mesmerizing Finale

The final day proved to be a mesmerizing experience for both delegates and volunteers. The morning session featured a powerful talk by Mr. Ajay Thomas, CEO of Vatsaa Energy. His session, titled Entrepreneurship Unleashed: Turning Ideas into Impact, inspired the audience to think beyond conventional boundaries.

This was followed by an enthralling Live Mentalism Performance by Mr. Vimal VP, a renowned hypnotist and mentalist. His performance captivated the audience and provided a truly unique experience for everyone present.

The event drew to a close with a Feedback Session, where delegates openly shared their positive experiences and reflections on the three-day journey. The program officially concluded with a group Photo Session, capturing the smiles and spirit of the Reviens 4.0 community.

Overall, Reviens 4.0 was a resounding success, leaving every participant with new skills, fond memories, and sparkles of inspiration.
